Empirical Study of the Relationship between Leadership Style and Organizational Innovation Atmosphere --Based on the Surveys from the Military Research Institutes

领导风格与组织创新氛围关系的实证研究 ——基于军工科研院所的调查数据

Abstract: Based on 92 teams, 1014 team members from the military research institutes, the effects of leadership style on organizational innovation atmosphere are studied, which found that the six leadership styles will have an impact on each dimension of organizational innovation atmosphere. The visionary leadership style, the affinity leadership style, the democratic leadership style and the counseling leadership style have a positive impact on organizational innovation climate. The command and exemplary leadership style has a significant negative influence on organizational innovation climate. The research results not only further enrich the empirical study of the relationship between leadership style and organizational innovation atmosphere, but also have practical significance for managers who change their leadership style flexibly and create a positive atmosphere of organization innovation.

摘要: 以军工科研院所的92个团队、1014名团队成员为样本,探索领导风格对组织创新氛围的影响。研究发现,六种领导风格对组织创新氛围的每一个维度都会产生影响;愿景型、亲和型、民主型和教练型领导风格对组织创新氛围产生积极影响,命令型和表率型领导风格对组织创新氛围有显著负面影响。研究成果进一步丰富了领导风格与组织创新氛围关系的实证研究,并对军工企业的管理者灵活转换领导风格、创造积极的组织创新氛围具有指导意义。
