The great party building spirit is the spiritual gene of the centennial struggle of the Communist Party of China. Its discourse generation is based on the awakening of national consciousness and the establishment of the party as the basis of reality. After being tempered by the centuryold history of the party， it has finally formed a scientific and systematic theoretical expression. The narrative logic of the great party building spirit discourse echoes each other. The detailed narration of characters focuses on the historical figures and restores the party history figures from the perspective of recall， so that the personality charm is fully displayed. The overall narrative of the grand historical view places its vision in the long history， sublimates its connotation in the context change， and coexists with the main line of national rejuvenation. The narrative of time view condenses on the second centenary goal and helps the new journey by grasping the pulse of the times. The discourse and narration of the great party building spirit are of great value in carrying forward the great spirit of party building to enhance the recognition of the Communist Party of China， promoting the popularity of the spiritual spectrum to gather the heart and strength to build a modern socialist country in an allround way， and carrying forward the historical initiative spirit to boost cultural selfconfidence.

The history of communication between Chinese and western civilizations takes the industrial revolution as the watershed. After the industrial revolution， the west entered into the era of mechanized mass production， the capitalist civilization developed rapidly. However， the Chinese civilization was deemed stagnant. Thanks to the dissemination of Marxism， the CPC was founded， leading the Chinese people to have achieved tremendous transformation from standing up and growing prosperous to becoming strong， created a way of Chinese modernization and new forms of human advancement， of which the leadership of the CPC is the greatest feature. The development goal of common prosperity is the most important feature of the way of Chinese modernization. The proposal and development of the new forms of human advancement broke consistent westcentered state.The new forms of human advancement have rich connotations， including culturalethical and material development progress together， harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature， building a community with a shared future for mankind， etc， which gives a worldwide demonstration significance to the way of Chinese modernization.

Since its founding， the Communist Party of China（CPC） has closely linked the protection of the peoples health with the cause of national independence and liberation， and attached great importance to the development of domestic health and epidemic prevention. Under the leadership of the CPC， the centuryold health and epidemic prevention cause has gone through four periods of startup， expansion， improvement and leapforward development. It has made historic progress and achievements， forming the basic features of highlighting the political value of epidemic prevention， following the principle of peoples supreme value， adhering to the important principles of prevention and control in accordance with the law， and implementing the mechanism of mass prevention and epidemic control. In its centuryold practice of epidemic prevention， the CPC has also accumulated rich experience. Historical experience shows that upholding the partys leadership in epidemic prevention is the fundamental guarantee for successful epidemic prevention， that scientific prevention and control is the most powerful weapon in defeating the epidemic， and that adhering to the mass line is the basic basis for advancing the cause of epidemic prevention and control.

For disciplinary sense, the main problems of contemporary security studies include: gap between theory and practice, lacking theoretical creativity, and deficit for new vision. So its necessary to refer to the sociology of knowledge perspective if we try to reorganize and examine the related knowledge progress. Specifically, the reflective approach provides a possible theoretical approach for contemporary security studies, helping researchers to walk out from the materialismrationalismpositivism monopoly. The creative meaning of reflective approach for security studies includes: introducing something new beyond the single element explanation; exploring idealistic factors and the constructive relationship in between the subjective level; and discussing the adaptive nature of international security interaction based on critical theory and reflective thinking. Constructivism and securitization theory provide chief contribution for the mainstreaming process of reflective approach. They provide respectively a grand structural view versus a middlerange process design. These two theories share a common feature within reflective approach, while differ in specific approach, logic and agenda. This examination is useful for both knowledge improvement and explanatory expansion.

The customized passenger transport digital infrastructure construction service in Chongqing is an effective means to give full play to the comparative advantages of road passenger transport and further improve the overall service efficiency of comprehensive transport, and is the only way to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of road passenger transport under the reality of the passenger transport market becoming saturated. This paper systematically combs the current situation of the construction and development of customized passenger transport digital infrastructure in Chongqing, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of customized passenger transport digital infrastructure in Chongqing, and puts forward strategies for the construction and development of customized passenger transport digital infrastructure in Chongqing. The development strategy is guided by the travel needs of the masses, making “people follow stations” become “stations follow people”, improving the efficiency and development quality of highway passenger transport service, and reshaping the peopleoriented, convenient and intelligent passenger transport service mechanism.

Digital economy has given new impetus to highquality development. Can it drive the optimization and upgrading of the logistics industry and highquality development Based on the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020, this paper first analyzes the direct mechanism of digital economy on the highquality development of the logistics industry, and then introduces the intermediary variable of technological innovation to empirically test the transmission mechanism of “digital economytechnological innovationhighquality development of the logistics industry”. The results show that:1） the development of the digitaleconomy has a significant positive impact on the highquality development of the logistics industry, and the results are still significant after shortening the sample period and eliminating the robustness test of developed provinces; 2）technological innovationcan to promote the highquality development of the logistics industry, and has an intermediary effect between the digital economy and the highquality development of the logistics industry;3）the impact of digital economy on the highquality development of the logistics industry is regionally heterogeneous, with the most significant area in the east and centralregions, and the degree of impact on the western region is significantly lower than that in the eastern and central regions, while the impact on the northeast region is not significant.

Instances of fraud in basic medical insurance occur from time to time， posing a significant threat to the security of medical insurance funds and exerting pressure on fund supervision while attracting societal attention. This paper adopts a public policy perspective and utilizes the classic policy implementation model as a theoretical foundation. Using the fuzzyset qualitative comparative analysis（fsQCA） method， it selects typical cases from 31 provinciallevel regions published by the national healthcare security administration to explore the factors and pathways influencing fraudulent activities in basic medical insurance. The following conclusions are drawn: three configurations contribute to the high incidence of health insurance fraud， namely， the “insufficient fund surplus”type， the “economicregulatory imbalance” type， and the “weak economic development” type. The overall strategy for governance is to adjust and optimize the level of financial social security. Specific countermeasures for the aforementioned configurations include implementing refined management of healthcare insurance funds， strengthening information technology infrastructure， and promoting the development of peoples livelihood economy.

The first tetralogy of William Shakespeare is comprised of Henry Ⅵ （Part One， Two and Three） and Richard Ⅲ， the former of which is characterized by fourteen dramatic monologues in Shakespearean symbolic style. These meditation soliloquies contribute greatly to the development of the plot， shaping of the character， creation of the atmosphere and presentation of the theme. From the perspective of modern individual psychology， based on the misjudgment of “compensation” and the absence of “drive”， this paper reexamines those meditation soliloquies in Henry Ⅵ so as to explore the complex inner world of the weak and cowardly king and to illustrate the cause of his death and fall of the Lancaster ruling house. Therefore， an individual psychological interpretation of Shakespeares classic dramatic monologue is presented， and an individual psychological insight into selfunderstanding and selfimprovement for the ordinary person in modern society is proposed.

The animated movie Deep Sea focuses its lens on childrens depression at the social level, deeply analyzing the psychological symptoms of depression to achieve the imaginary representation of the narrative text. It not only maintains the imaginative advantage of the original animation, but also projects social care with rich practical value. The movie is deeply rooted in the characters psychology, exploring the healing anchoring of conscious and unconscious selforganizing complex systems in the image representation, showcasing a unique animation creation path.

The construction of translation discourse system with Chinese characteristics (TDSWCC) is one of the major concerns of Chinese translation studies. What is the foundation of this system and how to construct its framework are the focus of the academic circle. In this context, the study of keywords in translation discourse has set up the scaffolding for the construction of TDSWCC, presenting two construction paths of “native” and “Chinawest integration”, highlighting the stepbystep construction mode of “ontologymethodologyepistemology”. This mode provides the coordinate axis and frame of reference for the TDSWCC, which develops from “microdiscourse practice” to “mesoscopic research path”, and then to “macrophilosophy”. TDSWCC inherits traditional Chinese translation discourse and gets gradually improved owing to the integration of new translation discourse, and becomes an important part of the academic discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.

Based on Chinese and American military news reports on USS Connecticut collision in the South China Sea, this paper uses proximization theory as the theoretical framework to make a contrastive study of the discourse strategies from the two medias reports on the same event from spatialtemporalaxiological perspective. The findings suggest that Chinese and American mainstream media, for the sake of their own interests and ideologies, apply different proximization strategies to report the same military event with the purpose of creating a public opinion environment that meets their own interests and thus influencing or even manipulating audiences perceptions, stances and emotional intentions.
