To promote Chinesestyle modernization in the new era requires further deepening reform as the driving force to create a new situation of ecological protection and high quality development in the Yellow River basin. The promotion path of high quality development in the Yellow River basin is put forward under the background of further comprehensively deepening reform: the premise is to deepen the institutional reform of ecological civilization， the foundation is to develop new quality productivity according to local conditions， the motivation is to build an institutional mechanism to support comprehensive innovation， the support is to inherit the Yellow River culture for digital protection， the guarantee is to strengthen the top level design of protection， and the pattern is to integrate into the development road of high level opening up of the “belt and road”.

Digital ideology is the product of the combination of digital technology and ideology， and is the latest form of ideological development. It has its own unique development law， showing the development trend of ideological and digital construction of digital technology. Digital ideology has improved the communication power， awareness， acceptance and value remodeling ability of ideology. At the same time， it also makes the mainstream ideology face greater risks and challenges in the digital era， and the dissemination and penetration of digital capitalist ideology such as digital imperialism， digital productivism and digital historical hypocrisy in the digital space more hidden， expansive and harmful. Under the logic of digital capital multiplication， the spread and penetration of digital capitalist ideology will impact the dominant power of mainstream ideology and dissolve the leading power and discourse authority of mainstream ideology. It is necessary to strengthen the digital ideological risk cognition ability of digital subjects， promote the digital transformation of mainstream ideology， establish a collaborative governance mechanism for digital ideological risk， implement the fullcycle supervision of digital ideological risk and other governance measures to eliminate digital ideological risk， so that the digital ideological ecology develops in a healthy and orderly direction.

The spirit of transportation in the new era includes the “Two Roads”spirit， namely， the spirit of QinghaiXizang railway， the spirit of struggle of the builders of Hong KongZhuhaiMacao Bridge， the spirit of hero crew of China civil aviation， the spirit of “little bee” of postal express and other series of transportation industry spirits， which is an important part of the spiritual genealogy of Chinese Communists. The theoretical characteristics of the new eras transportation spirit are manifested as follows: the leadership of the Party is the institutional guarantee for promoting the construction of a transportation power; taking on responsibilities and making contributions is the spiritual core of transportation workers in the new era; being scientific and rigorous is the basic principle in the field of transportation construction; and putting people first is the fundamental purpose of building a transportation power. Carrying forward the new eras transportation spirit and comprehensively empowering the construction of a transportation power is an important approach to building a transportation discourse system and civilization with Chinese characteristics under the new situation， and it is also an inherent part of striving to be a pioneer in Chinesestyle modernization.

The spirit of QinghaiXizang Railway is an organic composition of the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists, with multidimensional generative logic, profound spiritual characteristics and rich value implications. The theoretical theories of classical Marxist writers, the excellent traditional culture accumulated by the Chinese nation and the great construction process of the QinghaiXizang Railway laid a solid foundation for its formation, reflecting the inheritance and promotion of the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists with the great Party building spirit as the source and the absorption and transformation of the historical and cultural resources of Chinese civilization. Its spiritual characteristics is embodied in the patriotism of loving the motherland and being willing to contribute, the hard work of not fearing difficulties and daring to explore, the independent innovation of advocating science and daring to explore, and the solidarity and cooperation of people working together as one, demonstrating the strong momentum and value of the spirit of the QinghaiXizang Railway. To carry forward the spirit of the QinghaiXizang Railway in the new era is a realistic need and historical necessity to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, promote Chinesestyle modernization, promote the construction of a powerful transportation country, and forge a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation.

Based on the foreign language digital narrative competence frameworks, this study constructs an evaluation system for international communication capacity via short videos, encompassing four dimensions: narrative content, audiovisual presentation, foreign language proficiency, and crosscultural awareness. Using a sample of 39 English short videos on the “Two Roads” spirit created by students at Chongqing Jiaotong University, the research analyzes the current state of Jiaotong university students’ ability to communicate this spirit internationally through short videos. The findings reveal notable shortcomings in narrative depth, foreign language accuracy, and crosscultural adaptability. Accordingly, strategies are proposed to optimize narrative content, innovate audiovisual presentation, refine foreign language expression, and enhance crosscultural awareness, thereby improving the efficacy of international communication of the “Two Roads” spirit through short videos.

The establishment of Yanan Red Communication Line is the need of the Communist Party of China to carry out the AntiJapanese War， and is also to break the multiple threats of the Kuomintang government and maintain and consolidate the strategic position of Yanan base. The Yanan Red Communication Line mainly includes the international red communication line from Yanan to abroad， as well as the domestic red communication lines from Yanan to the southern base， the north China base， and the central China base. It played a huge role in the transmission of intelligence information， the escort of cadres， the supply of materials and the spread of the revolutionary spirit， and made a significant contribution to the victory of the AntiJapanese War.Yanan Red Communication Line is not only a valuable historical heritage of the Party， but also an indispensable solid guarantee for the victory of the Communist Party of China during the AntiJapanese War. The arduous process of its establishment and operation interprets the spiritual qualities of the Chinese Communists， such as perseverance， selfless dedication and being good at struggle， and is a valuable struggle experience and spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China.

Confronted with the prevailing issue of drunk driving discrimnalization， the traditional punitive approach to addressing such transgressions within the judicial system has proven increasingly inadequate. In response， it is imperative for law enforcement agencies to take reasonable and effective measures to deal with criminal behaviour rooted in principles of criminal law forgiveness， moderation and efficiency. This necessitates promptly penalizing instances of drunk driving that do not warrant legal action or are inconsequential， aligning with contemporary criminal justice policies and societal expectations for effective drunk driving control. Drawing on recent judicial interpretations and successful legal precedents， certain forms of drunk driving can be directly addressed through four distinct avenues: “de minimis” offenses lacking inherent harm; “emergency avoidance” cases involving objective obstruction; subjectively excluded crimes devoid of any expectation of wrongdoing; and morally justifiable transgressions based on common sense.

The development and promotion of energysaving and environmentally friendly new energy vehicles has become an important initiative for the worlds automobile industry， and is of strategic significance for China to cope with the deterioration of environmental quality and to reshape its future technology. The battery swapping mode has a good development prospect and many advantages， such as shorten energy supplement time and relieve mileage anxiety， how to design the policies to promote it， advancement has become a key issue. In the context of the battery swapping mode， investigating the optimal price， output， profits of the new energy vehicle manufacturer under the models of battery swapping and charging vehicle and the governments optimal decisions by developing the Stackelberg game model. The results show: 1） battery leasing and use costs， environmental benefits， etc. can affect the profits of the new energy vehicle manufacturer and the governments decisions on subsidies and taxes relief; 2） implementing the consumer subsidy and taxes relief policies can improve the profits of the new energy vehicle manufacturer， social welfare and consumer surplus; 3） when the battery swapping vehicle sales price is lower than a certain threshold value， the effect of the taxes relief policy is better than consumer subsidy policy.

Ensuring the accessibility of travel information for the elderly is a necessary measure to adapt to the aging society. Although the existing system provides multilevel norms and guidelines for the accessibility of travel information for the elderly, it is found that there are still problems at the practical level, such as the lack of full coverage of travel information accessibility for the elderly, the insufficient supply of public services for convenient travel, and the urgent need to improve the degree of travel information facilities for the elderly. To improve the protection of the barrierfree travel information system for the elderly, it is necessary to deepen the unity and operability of standards under the guidance of the concepts of “positive aging view”“mainstreaming the rights of the elderly” and “operability, coordination and collaboration of legislation”, strengthen the convergence and integration of barrierfree laws and regulations, reasonably delineate the responsible subjects and scope of responsibility, improve the accessibility relief channels for travel information, and give full play to market forces.

Promoting the integration of logistics hubs between Chengdu and Chongqing is a critical initiative to implement national strategies and facilitate the construction of a hub cluster in the twin city economic circle. However, the current logistics system in this region faces issues such as “numerous nodes, scattered distribution, overlapping functions, and weak connectivity”, which limit the overall efficiency of the logistics network. This paper reviews the current state of logistics hub integration in the ChengduChongqing twin city economic circle and proposes solutions to address these issues. The strategies include unified planning, improving collaborative mechanisms, optimizing hub functionality, and accelerating the development of smart logistics. Establishing a highly efficient, coordinated logistics network will enhance operational efficiency, promote highquality regional economic development, and strengthen the regions competitiveness in the global logistics system.

As the digital economy continues to develop and tourism consumption becomes a new economic growth point, it is particularly important to maintain the resilience of household travel consumption and the stability of economic growth. Based on the resilience perspective, digitalization and household travel consumption are studied according to the CFPS database, and the results show that 1） digitalization has a significant positive contribution to household travel consumption resilience, and the results are robust; 2） digitization enhances household travel consumption resilience through two channels: broadening information channels and enhancing social interaction. Digitization contributes more to the travel consumption resilience of middleincome households, older households and households in backward areas. The study proposes that the construction and popularization of digital infrastructure should be strengthened, customized digital travel services should be improved with the wave of digitization, digital literacy training should be carried out, and the consumption potential of the silverhaired group should be further explored, which is an important policy revelation for the vigorous growth of travel consumption.

Based on the empirical data of Ashare listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022， this paper investigates the impact of employee satisfaction on corporate ESG. It is found that higher employee satisfaction can significantly improve the corporate ESG performance. The heterogeneity analysis shows that this positive impact is more significant in eastern region companies， technologyintensive companies and capitalintensive companies. Further analysis found that companies in the“Chinas 100 Best Employers Award” list have outstanding performance in environmental protection （E）， social responsibility fulfillment （S） and corporategovernance （G）. The effect of employee satisfaction on various dimensions of corporate ESG is realized through the enhancement of green innovation， the strengthening of corporate reputation， and the improvement of internal control.This study not only provides empirical evidence for companies to continuously emphasize employee development， but also provides new ideas for optimizing corporate ESG performance.
