Abstract: The multiple participation and effective collaboration of various elements is the key to college counselors specialization. However, the benefit game with individual interests as the core and the maximizing pursuit of selfworth and the practice mode with their own ways restrict the effective collaboration with the main body. Improving toplevel design of collaborative innovation and strengthening collaborative multiple subjects can build an effective coordinating mechanism and resource integration mechanism to resolve specialization obstruction.

摘要: 多元主体参与的各种要素间的有效协同是专业化推进的关键。以个体化利益追求为核心的利益博弈、自我价值追求的最大化与“各自为政”的实践模式制约着以主体为关键要素的有效协同,应强化协同创新顶层设计和多元主体协同,构建有效的利益协调与资源整合机制以解专业化之滞。
