Abstract

Abstract: From the perspective of development and evolution logic， general secretary XI Jinpings important exposition on preventing and eliminating risks has both a solid and solid theoretical foundation， a keen insight into the current international and domestic risks and a positive answer to the peoples pursuit of a harmonious and peaceful life. This important exposition carries out scientific deployment and systematic planning with a broad vision， and establishes and improves the risk prevention and control system， which has the characteristics of the times， the people and the system. It is an important theoretical basis for our party to win the major risk prevention battle.

摘要： 从发展演变逻辑来看，习近平总书记关于防范化解风险的重要论述既具有厚重扎实的理论基础，也是对当前国际国内风险景象的敏锐洞察和人民谋求和谐安宁美好生活的积极回答。这一重要论述以宏阔的视野进行科学部署和系统谋划，建立健全风险防控体系，具有时代性、人民性、系统性等鲜明时代特征，是我们党打赢重大风险防范攻坚战的重要理论依据。
