Abstract: The issue of food has always been an important issue for the party to resolve in the course of revolutionary construction and reform. LIU Shaoqi had a profound understanding of the importance of food, believing that strengthening food production was the first priority for improving peoples livelihood; adequate food supply was a prerequisite for national construction; the unified purchase and sale of food was an important means for socialist transformation; and achieving selfsufficiency in food was an important guarantee for maintaining national security. To solve the grain problem, he stressed the need to work hard to improve production techniques to achieve increased grain production; to strike a balance to achieve coordinated development of grain production and industrial construction; to create a large agriculture with Chinese characteristics; to promote conservation and overcome waste. LIU Shaoqis important discourse on the grain issue is an important theoretical achievement, guided by Marxism and formed in the practice of solving the grain issue during the revolutionary and construction periods, which both enriches and develops the Marxist view of grain and has important practical guidance for solving the grain issue in the new era.

摘要： 粮食问题始终是党在革命、建设和改革过程中需要解决的重要问题。刘少奇对粮食重要性有着十分深刻的认识，认为加强粮食生产是改善民生的第一要务，充足的粮食供应是保障国家建设的前提条件，对粮食的统购统销是进行社会主义改造的重要手段，实现粮食的自给自足是维护国家安全的重要保障。为解决粮食问题，他强调要努力改进生产技术，实现粮食增产；统筹兼顾，实现粮食生产与工业建设协调发展；创造中国特色大农业；提倡节约，反对浪费。刘少奇关于粮食问题的重要论述是以马克思主义为指导，在解决革命与建设时期粮食问题的实践中形成的重要理论成果，既丰富和发展了马克思主义粮食观，又对解决新时代粮食问题具有重要的实践指导意义。
