成渝地区双城经济圈 教育联盟协同困境与发展路径

Abstract: Since 2020, the collaborative development of education in the ChengduChongqing economic circle has begun to bear fruits under the policy promotion. Many education alliances covering various disciplines and fields have been established in the ChengduChongqing economic circle. Based on game theory, this paper analyses 30 highlevel education alliances in the ChengduChongqing economic circle, explores the “prisoners dilemma” of the education administrations in Sichuan and Chongqing, the “boxed pigs game” of allied members, and the “signal game” between society and alliances. The internal mechanism of alliance stakeholders strategic choices is studied. For education alliances in the ChengduChongqing economic circle, suggestions are brought up in three aspects: making a toplevel design for integrated development, promoting joint construction and sharing of alliance resources through innovative cooperation models, and giving full play to the important roles of all allied parties, to help the construction and collaborative development of the education alliance.

摘要: 2020年以来,在国家和川渝两省市政策推动下,成渝地区双城经济圈教育协同发展初见成效,涵盖多个学科、涉及多个领域的成渝地区双城经济圈教育联盟相继成立。分析33个高层次成渝地区双城经济圈教育联盟现状,应用博弈论方法,探讨川渝两地教育行政部门支持力度的“囚徒困境”、联盟成员贡献的“智猪博弈”和联盟形象评价的“信号博弈”,研究联盟利益相关方策略选择的内在机理。针对成渝地区双城经济圈教育联盟运行存在的问题,从做好教育联盟一体化发展顶层设计、创新合作模式促进联盟资源共建共享和发挥社会力量在教育联盟中的重要作用3个方面提出改善建议,助力成渝地区双城经济圈教育联盟建设和协同发展。
