Abstract: In the process of leading the fight against natural disasters, the Communist Party of China（CPC） has adhered to the great national spirit of unremitting selfimprovement and perseverance, and has united and led the people to win one major victory after another. The subjective characteristics manifested in it are internalized in the relationship between people and society, and are concentrated in the organic unity of the main body of political leadership, the main body of social mobilization and the main body of scientific governance. Its fighting characteristics are internalized in the relationship between man and nature, and are embodied in the orderly connection of disaster prevention capabilities, rescue capabilities and support capabilities. Its peoples character is internalized in the relationship between man and history, and is presented as an effective combination of peoples standpoint, historical scale, and human mind. These three traits resonate at the same frequency in the process of the Communist Party of China leading the people to actively respond to natural disasters, which has not only become an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists, but also built a powerful spiritual driving force for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

摘要： 在抗御自然灾害过程中，中国共产党秉承自强不息、坚韧不拔的伟大民族精神，团结带领人民取得无数重大胜利，彰显中国共产党勇于担当、敢于斗争、忠于人民的政治本色。勇于担当彰显其主体性特质，集中表现为政治领导主体、社会动员主体和科学治理主体的有机统一；敢于斗争彰显其斗争性特质，集中体现为灾害预防能力、抢救能力和保障能力的有序衔接；忠于人民彰显其人民性特质，集中呈现为人民立场、历史尺度、人类胸怀的有效结合。这三个特质在中国共产党领导人民应对自然灾害的过程中同频共振，不仅成为中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分，也构筑起实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的强大精神动力。
