Abstract: Nowadays academic misconducts are common and the suggested solutions are numerous. But a deserved punishment is commonly recognized. With related research data, ideas of deserved punishment towards academic punishment are analyzed. The roles that the deserved punishment played in correcting on-line control of academic misconduct penalty-minded analyze and assess the penalty line role in the academic misconducts are evaluated. Suggestions are given.

摘要： 现今学术不端行为屡见不鲜，提出的治理措施也不胜枚举，然行罚一致举措为各家所共同认可。结合相关研究数据，对治理学术不端行为的行罚一致观点进行分析，评价行罚一致举措在治理学术不端行为中所产生的作用，并提出治理学术不端行为的相关建议。
