Abstract: Big data have remarkable relevance to scientific research management in colleges and universities.Therefore,its necessary to establish a comprehensive information system for resource sharing of scientific research management data base in colleges and universities, in order to achieve big data intercommunication. Based on the big data of scientific research in colleges and universities, characterized scientific research is provided. Supported by big data technology, scientific research and academy misconduct governance models are built, which include three elements of system, technology and education.

摘要： 基于大数据与高校科研管理的显著相关性，建立完善的高校科研管理数据库资源共享信息系统，实现大数据的交流与互通；以高校科研大数据为依托，提供个性化科研服务；以大数据技术为支撑，构建集制度、技术、教育“三位一体”的科研学术不端治理模式。
