Abstract: Considering the deficiency of traditional academic guidance including the limitations of guidance content, single forms, isolation from ideology and psychological guidance, establishing the academic guidance system for targeted personnel training in multidirection was presented. The new academic guidance system is centered on personnel training and developed by targeted training in multidirection. Through improving the teaching staff, implementing twoway selective guidance, paying attention to the integration of academic guidance with ideological and psychological counseling, developing multiform academic guidance and completing the academic guidance system, the purpose containing with dynamic management, cultivating the ability of practical innovation, improving students comprehensive ability and finally personnel training was achieved.

摘要: 针对传统型学业指导存在指导内容局限、形式单一、孤立于思想和心理指导等问题,提出构建多方向针对性人才培养新型学业指导制度。新型学业指导制度以人才培养为核心,以多方向针对性培养为途径。通过健全指导教师队伍,实行双向选择性指导,注重学业指导同思想政治教育、心理辅导的融合,开展多形式学业指导,完善学业指导制度等措施,实现动态管理,培养学生实践创新能力,促进学生全面发展,达到人才培养的目的。
