Abstract: The publication of the “double first class” construction list has put forward higher requirements for scientific research in colleges and universities. Based on the incentive perspective, this paper studies the incentive mechanism in colleges and universities. This paper summarizes and analyzes the theoretical research of incentive, and combines the demand characteristics and behavior characteristics of university scientific research personnel, as well as the deficiency of the current scientific research incentive mechanism in colleges and universities, and puts forward some practical and feasible incentive methods.

摘要: 我国“双一流”建设名单的公布对高校科研工作提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,基于激励视角研究高校的激励机制,并结合高校科研人员的需求和行为特征,以及高校现行科研激励机制的不足,提出激励方法。
