Abstract: The first broadcast station of China came forth in the rent boundary of Shanghai, and they were established and managed by foreigners. The forepart broadcast station cultivated a lot of technology and manage talented persons. In the process of negotiation with the foreign broadcast station, the Chinese governments attitude changed from being unallowed to being allowed. The fad style of “listening to the radio” gradually became the very important part of the daily life of the public, and it exceeded the connotation of Shanghais city life. The development of early phase broadcast of Shanghai provided the fine space and marketplace, further, on the objective it produced the significant pushing effect in Shanghai, even all over China.

摘要： 20世纪20年代的上海租界出现了中国最早的广播电台，主要创办及经验者皆为在沪外商。早期外商广播电台存续期间培养和训练了一大批技术和管理人才,还在政府与外商广播电台的交涉过程之中提高了广播电台的管理水平。“听广播”这一时尚的生活方式扩展了上海都市文化的内涵。早期广播在上海的发展客观上为广播电台的发展提供了良好的发展空间和市场，对上海地区乃至整个中国的广播事业都产生了重大的推动作用。
