Abstract: In order to comprehensively and timely reflect the development achievements of “Belt and Road ”, especially in the development of integrated transportation. First the frame structure of the “Belt and Road” Transportation Index is constructed. The index preparation and calculation method is optimized. The theoretical reference for the development of Chinas transportation index is provided. Then the combination of theory and empirical analysis, through a comprehensive, detailed data is used to simulate the preparation of the shipping index results, with strong practical guidance and operational. Finally, the practical significance and application direction of the “Belt and Road” Transportation Index is analyzed, and some feasible suggestions are put foward to further accelerate the application of the index.

摘要： 为全面、及时反映“一带一路”成果，特别是在综合运输方面的发展成效，构建“一带一路”交通运输指数体系的框架结构，优选最佳的指数编制方法，为我国交通运输类指数发展提供理论参考；采用理论和实证相结合的分析方法，模拟试算得出海运指数的编制结果，具有较强的现实指导性和可操作性；分析“一带一路”交通运输指数的现实意义和应用方向，为进一步加快指数应用提出可行性建议。
