Abstract: What roles the rural grassroots party organizations play is directly related to the level of social governance modernization. In order to play their roles well， the rural grassroots party organizations must have the role consciousness that not only accord with the laws of the partys construction but also accord with the objective demand of rural social governance， must clearly understand their roles orientation， and must carry out the role practice adapted to local conditions， looking for the role practice patterns which suit the local social situations.

摘要： 农村基层党组织扮演的角色直接关系到基层社会治理现代化水平。农村基层党组织要扮演好自身的角色，必须具有既符合党的建设规律又符合农村社会治理客观需求的角色意识，必须明确认知农村基层党组织在社会治理现代化中的角色定位，必须因地制宜，进行农村基层党组织社会治理角色实践，努力寻找符合农村基层社会治理的角色实践模式。
