Abstract: As a kind of relational social capital， new rural talents are an important driving force to promote common prosperity in the new era， and play important roles in promoting industrial prosperity， promoting talent revitalization， promoting rural governance， and leading rural civilization. Cultivating new rural talents is an important starting point to do a good job in common prosperity. We should start from establishing a cultivation mechanism， building a participation platform， carrying forward the culture of rural elites， and improving rural conditions to cultivate new rural talents， so that they can better contribute to common prosperity.

摘要： 新乡贤作为一种关系型社会资本，是新时代助推共同富裕的重要动力，在促进产业兴旺、助力人才振兴、推动乡村治理、引领乡风文明方面发挥着重要作用。培育新乡贤是做好共同富裕工作的重要抓手，应从建立培育机制、搭建参与平台、弘扬乡贤文化、改善乡村条件等方面入手培育新乡贤，使新乡贤更好助力共同富裕。
