Abstract: As a pioneer of Chinese path to modernization， transportation plays an important role in supporting and leading the overall construction of a socialist modern country.Chinas transportation system is generally adapted to economic and social development.Based on the practical foundation， this paper studies and evaluates the development situation and trend evolution of transportation in the new era， and proposes ideas for the transformation and development of transportation in the new era from seven aspects. At the same time， this paper systematically sorts out six key development tasks， and then proposes the direction and focus of accurately addressing the strengths and weaknesses of key areas such as urban agglomerations， metropolitan areas， cities， rural areas， and special types of areas.

摘要： 交通运输是中国式现代化的开路先锋，对全面建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要支撑引领功能。立足我国交通运输总体适应经济社会发展的现实基础，研判新时代交通运输发展形势和趋势演变，从绘“底图”、夯“底基”、强“底气”、筑“底蕴”、亮“底色”、描“底样”、塑“底魂”等七个方面提出新时代交通运输转型发展思路，系统梳理畅通道、织网络、强枢纽、优服务、提动能、增韧性等六大发展重点任务，提出城市群、都市圈、城市、农村以及特殊类型地区等重点地区特定区域精准补短板、强弱项的方向和重点。
