Abstract: With the development of the China， the dangerous goods logistics is developing rapidly， and the production， use， storage， transportation and import and export volume of dangerous goods are increasing day by day. However， in recent years， road transport accidents of dangerous goods still happen from time to time， causing huge economic and environmental losses as well as serious consequences， exposing the increasingly serious problem of government law enforcement and supervision of road transport of dangerous goods. Taking Chongqing， this paper starts from the national level， analyzes the current situation of dangerous goods road transport in the central urban area of Chongqing， analyzes the existing problems in the process of law enforcement and supervision of dangerous goods road transport， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of market access， enterprises， employees， transport vehicles， joint work， internet of vehicles and so on， so as to provide reference for government supervision and better complete the task of road transport of dangerous goods in Chongqing.

摘要： 随着我国经济社会的发展，危货物流行业发展迅速，危险品生产、使用、仓储、运输和进出口总量日益增加。近年来，道路危险货物运输事故仍不时发生，造成巨大的经济和环境损失以及严重的后果，侧面暴露出危货道路运输政府执法监管问题日益突出。以重庆市为例，从国家层面入手，宏观了解危货道路运输情况，重点分析重庆市中心城区危货道路运输现状，剖析危货道路运输执法监管过程中存在的问题，从市场准入、企业、从业人员、运输车辆、联勤联动、车联网运用等方面提出相应的对策建议，为政府监管提供参考，更好地完成重庆市危险货物道路运输任务。
