Abstract: 2024 marks the 10th anniversary of General Secretary XI Jinpings important instructions on the “two roads” and the “four good rural roads”， and the 70th anniversary of the completion and opening of the Sichuan Xizang and Qinghai Xizang highways. The “two roads” spirit is a spiritual wealth collectively created by the older generation of transportation workers during the difficult period of the founding of new China， when everything was waiting to be revitalized. It is the historical inheritance and innovation of the great national spirit. Integrating the combat genes， scientific connotations， and contemporary values extracted from the “two roads” spirit into the construction， management， operation， and other fields of the “four good rural roads”， leading the “four good rural roads” to seek breakthroughs in coordinated development， functional improvement， efficient management， and guarantee measures. This is not only conducive to promoting and developing the spirit of transportation in the new era， but also conducive to solving the shortcomings and bottlenecks that restrict the highquality development of the “four good rural roads”. It provides solid support and strong guarantees for improving the road transportation conditions in rural areas， better promoting economic development along the route， improving peoples livelihoods， and promoting rural revitalization.

摘要： 2024年是习近平总书记提出“两路”精神和“四好农村路”重要指示精神10周年，是川藏、青藏公路建成通车70周年。“两路”精神是老一辈交通人在新中国成立后百废待兴的困难时期集体创造的精神财富，是伟大民族精神的历史传承与时代创新。将“两路”精神提炼出的战斗基因、科学内涵、时代价值融入“四好农村路”的建设、管养、运营等领域，引领“四好农村路”在统筹发展、功能提升、高效管理、保障措施上谋求突破，既有利于弘扬和发展新时代交通精神，又有利于破解制约“四好农村路”高质量发展的短板和瓶颈问题，为改善农村地区公路交通条件，更好地促进沿线经济发展、改善民生福祉、推动乡村振兴提供坚实支撑和有力保障。
