Abstract: XI Jinpings important exposition on afforestation is not only the inheritance and development of Marxs thought that “man is a part of nature”， but also the inheritance and innovation of the fine tradition of afforestation of the Chinese nation， especially the Communist Party of China， and the response of the times to the problem of land greening. It is rich in connotation and profound in thought， and its main contents include important aspects such as goal theory， position theory， cause theory， subject theory， methodology and institutional theory. The party committees and governments at all levels should be guided by General Secretary XI Jinpings important exposition on afforestation， implement the practical requirements of afforestation in the new era， adhere to the partys leadership as the political guarantee， the peoples main body as the source of power， the innovative concept as the method support， and the improvement of the system as an important guarantee， continuously improve the participation rate of public afforestation， continue to promote land greening， and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a beautiful China.

摘要： 习近平关于植树造林重要论述既是对马克思“人是自然界的一部分”思想的继承与发展，又是对中华民族尤其是中国共产党植树造林优良传统的传承与创新，更是对国土绿化问题作出的时代回应，内涵丰富、思想深邃，主要内容包括目标论、立场论、原因论、主体论、方法论和制度论等重要方面。各级党委和政府以习近平关于植树造林重要论述为指引，贯彻新时代开展植树造林的实践要求，坚持以党的领导为政治保证、以人民群众为动力源泉、以创新理念为方法支撑、以完善制度为重要保障，不断提高公众植树造林的参与率，持续推进国土绿化，为美丽中国建设夯实基础。
