Abstract: Green is a bright color of new productivity. The assertion that “new productivity is itself green productivity” indicates that new productivity advocates synergy， coupling and symbiosis between economic development and ecological protection， which is highly compatible with greenness， longterm and sustainability emphasized by green development. In terms of fit logic， the fit between new quality productivity and green development contains a profound logical mechanism， based on the inheritance and development of the ecological orientation of Marxs productivity theory， overcoming the antiecological nature of capital productivity， and constantly converging on the realistic requirements for realizing highquality development; in terms of fit value， the synergy between the new quality productivity and green development provides an opportunity to satisfy peoples needs for a better life， promote and expand Chinesestyle modernization， and build a community of human destiny; in terms of fit manifestation， the new quality productivity and green development inherently coincide with the three dimensions of “new”“high quality” and “green”.

摘要： 乡村民宿作为乡村优势带动产业，一度被视为乡村振兴的有效抓手，探讨构建乡村民宿助力乡村振兴的评价指标体系，对于乡村民宿行业实践指导和对接国家战略具有重要理论与现实意义。以助力乡村振兴战略目标实现为导向，立足乡村民宿产业，采用层次分析法，深入解析乡村民宿和乡村振兴的内在关系与逻辑机理，发现二者存在相互促进、协同发展的密切联系。乡村民宿产业效益的发挥能够积极响应乡村五大振兴目标，而乡村振兴战略总要求为乡村民宿产业实践提供科学导向。构建乡村民宿助力乡村振兴的效益评价指标体系，包括产业转型升级等5个准则层和20个方案层，明确评价模型中指标权重的关系，以期为乡村振兴视域下乡村民宿产业的健康可持续实践与高质量发展提供有益借鉴。
