Abstract: To promote Chinesestyle modernization in the new era requires further deepening reform as the driving force to create a new situation of ecological protection and high quality development in the Yellow River basin. The promotion path of high quality development in the Yellow River basin is put forward under the background of further comprehensively deepening reform: the premise is to deepen the institutional reform of ecological civilization， the foundation is to develop new quality productivity according to local conditions， the motivation is to build an institutional mechanism to support comprehensive innovation， the support is to inherit the Yellow River culture for digital protection， the guarantee is to strengthen the top level design of protection， and the pattern is to integrate into the development road of high level opening up of the “belt and road”.

摘要： 新时代推进中国式现代化建设要求以深化改革为动力，开创黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展新局面。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下，明确黄河流域高质量发展的理论内涵、核心目标和实现模式，从生态资源、经济发展、社会治理、文化传承、政治建设五个维度探究流域内高质量发展面临的主要问题，提出进一步全面深化改革背景下黄河流域高质量发展的推进路径：前提为深化生态文明体制改革，基础为因地制宜发展新质生产力，动力为构建支持全面创新体制机制，支撑为数字化保护传承黄河文化，保障为加强顶层设计，格局为融入“一带一路”高水平对外开放的发展之路。
