Abstract: Chinese-style modernization is the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, as well as the modernization of grassroots governance models. Party-building-led unified integration is the core theme of modernizing grassroots governance. With the disintegration of the unit system, the responsibility for providing public services has shifted to the social level, and diverse actors have emerged, but governance tensions have increased. It is necessary to take party-building leadership as the focal point to integrate diverse actors and resolve the dualistic tensions. This requires starting from the historical trajectory of the diverse social structures and exploring the effective mechanisms for integrating community diverse actors through the interconnected logic of initiation, operation, and guarantee. At the same time, with the future as the development orientation, we integrate “three forces” to break through resistance with branded party building, enhance motivation with intelligent party building, and stimulate vitality with all-encompassing party building, so as to achieve dynamic adaptation of the party-building integration model to the development trend of the times.

摘要： 中国式现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，也是基层治理模式的现代化。党建引领多元主体协同治理是基层治理现代化的核心主题，随着单位制解体，社会公共服务供给责任向社会层面转移，多元主体涌现但治理张力增强，需要以党建引领为着力点引领多元主体化解二元张力。这要求以社会多元架构的历史沿革为基点，通过起始、操作、保障三重逻辑的相互贯通，探究党建引领社区多元主体协同治理的生效机制。以未来为发展面向，统合“三力”，以品牌党建破除阻力，以智慧党建提升动力，以全域党建激发活力，实现党建引领模式与时代发展态势的动态适应。
