面向MaaS的成渝城市群多制式轨道交通服务提升路径

Abstract: “Four-network integration” serves as a developmental goal for China to construct a multi-mode rail transit network, achieving integrated connection and networked operation. This can be enhanced by incorporating Maas(mobility as a service) concept to realize more efficient interconnectivity. Research on service improvement for multi-modal rail transit in the context of mobility as a service can provide passengers with a better travel experience and accelerate the construction of the “four-network integration”. This study analyzes the existing issues and current system status of multi-modal rail transit services in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, and uses the QFD(quality function deployment)method to identify the service improvement path of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration’s multi standard rail transit. The top four items that travelers most hope to improve in their routes are: providing connecting ticket products, unifying cross standard security check processes, facilitating ticket inspection and updating train information in real-time, which are basically consistent with the connotation of mobility as a service.

摘要: “四网融合”作为我国构建多制式轨道交通网络,实现衔接一体化和运营网络化的发展目标,可融入“出行即服务”(MaaS)理念,实现更高效的互联互通。针对MaaS背景下多制式轨道交通服务提升研究,让出行者获得更好的出行体验,加快“四网融合”建设。分析成渝城市群多制式轨道交通服务现存的问题与制式现状,利用QFD质量功能展开方法识别成渝城市群多制式轨道交通服务提升路径。出行者最希望提升的前四项路径为提供联程客票产品、统一跨制式安检流程、检验票便捷化、实时更新列车信息,与MaaS理念的内涵基本一致。
