Abstract: With the popularization of new energy vehicles in rural areas and the promotion of the “dual carbon” goal, the construction of public charging infrastructure has become an important part of rural revitalization and the promotion of new energy vehicles to rural areas. This paper first analyzes the current configuration status of public charging infrastructure in rural areas of Chongqing, then explores its existing problems, and finally proposes strategies and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of charging facilities in rural areas from four aspects: strengthening planning guidance, improving policy support, innovating construction models, and enhancing operation and maintenance management level. The aim is to provide reference for the sustainable development of new energy vehicles going to rural areas in Chongqing and other urban and rural areas, as well as the construction and management of public charging facilities.

摘要： 随着新能源汽车在乡村地区的普及与“双碳”目标的推进，公共充电基础设施的建设成为乡村振兴和推动新能源汽车下乡的重要环节。分析重庆乡村地区公共充电基础设施的配置现状，探讨其存在的问题，从加强规划引领、完善政策支持、创新建设模式、提升运维管理水平等四个方面提出促进乡村地区充电设施可持续发展的策略和建议，以期为重庆及其他城市乡村地区新能源汽车下乡和公共充电设施建设管理等可持续发展提供参考。
