The factors, such as subject, objectivity, instrumental, coordination unify with each other and construct the ecological environment of the virtual learning circle in campus in common. That is a long-term and systematic process to construct the ecological environment of the virtual learning circle in campus. We should hold those principles which are in favor of the all-round developments of the college students, the promotion of the students’ virtual learning power and harmonious interaction of the actual and virtual network learning environment.
