Abstract: Economic analysis on system of ideological and political education is not only necessary, but also feasible. To some extent, the existence of the ideological and political education system is based on the premise that the human nature assumption of “new economic man”, the operation process of ideological and political education system also inherent contains the costs and benefits of logical clue. To institutional change theory of new institutional economics as the breakthrough point, to the essence of the ideological and political education institutional change, cause, main body and the way to conduct a comprehensive inspection, the system innovation to promote the current ideological and political education is of great significance.

摘要: 从经济学的视野分析思想政治教育制度不仅必要,而且可行。从某种程度上看,思想政治教育制度的存在是以“新经济人”的人性假设为前提的,思想政治教育制度的运行过程也内在地包含了成本与收益的逻辑理路。以新制度经济学的制度变迁理论为切入点,对思想政治教育制度变迁的实质、原因、主体和方式进行全面考察,对推动当前的思想政治教育制度创新具有重要意义。
