Through analyzing the driving force of social assistance systems in England, America and Germany, it is found that the pressures from underclass, social movement and welfare ideology have different effects on those three countries. To England, the pressures from underclass and mixed welfare ideology play a key role in the development of its social assistance system. To America, underclass pressures and social movements are the driving forces. To Germany, the social assistance system is the supplement of their social insurance system so it relies more on welfare ideology.

With the establishment of the community correction in China, the procuratorial organ plays a more important role in legal supervision. Due to the lack of law enforcement at the grassroots level, the flaws of legislation and the dead zone in law enforcement, several problems occur in the prosecutorial supervision of community correction, such as the lagging concept and incapability. Based on the concept of protecting human rights, through the departmental interaction by the investigation supervision department, the public prosecution department and the prison supervision department of the procuratorial organ, the community correction can be largely enhanced, such as solidify the basis, offer the proposal and supervise the implementation.

Quanzhou won Chinas first title of “cultural city in east Asia”, and got a new opportunity to develop cultural tourism. The advantages of Quanzhous development of cultural tourism include rich cultural tourism resources. The weak points are more static display than the development and utilization of cultural resources, lack of participation and experience. Opportunities come from implementing the strategies of cultural power and the promises at the final judgment meeting of the east Asian cultural city. The challenge is that Quanzhous tourist advantages will slowly fade. The denotation of Wustyle poetry began to constantly expand after Tang Dynasty. This fact is adverse to our objective understanding of the Wustyle poetrys characteristics. There are only nine poems with the title of Wustyle which were written by Du Fu, Pi Rixiu and Lu Guimeng were identified as Wustyle in Tang Dynasty. Through the generalization of the rhythm norm of sevencharacterYong Ming, the statistics of the mistakes of Wustyle poetry, and the comparison of compound rhythm, the results show that the Wustyle specifically refers to the sevencharactertriolet with flat rhyme. Wustyle poetry is very particular over the antithesis and four tones separation. It pays special attention to four tones opposition of four words and seven words, except the level tone. It also lays emphasis on level and oblique tones opposition of seven words and fourteen words, except the rhyme of first sentence. In Wustyle poetry, the affiliate degree of rhythm between the sentences and couplets is slightly low. The Wustyle poetry combines the simple sentence with compound rhythm, and its rhythm belongs to the broad YongMingstyle rhythm.

Teaching materials quality evaluation is not only the standard to evaluate the textbook quality, but also affects the teaching objectives. Based on the existing literature and individual indepth interview, the initial scale on teaching quality was constructed. 23 measurement indexes were confirmed by presurvey. 632 survey questionnaires were collected, 300 of which were conducted by exploratory factor analysis and 332 by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the measurement indexes about the quality of textbook could be summed up 4 dimensions and the questionnaire could reflect the quality of textbook.

The case method, with its flexibility and adaptability, is applicable to myriad educational settings. A framework for the application of the case method in the teaching of Business English as a major is first set up based on its characteristics and the theories of EGBP, ESBP and CBI, with different modes of case-based instruction distinguished. Then, taking oral business English teaching as an example, how case-based instruction is theoretically and practically carried out is analyzed within the framework, offering business English instructors a tentative application mode for the framework as a reference.
