Abstract: At present, the video website copyright disputes continually. The infringement of video web site, namely direct infringement and indirect infringement, is analyzed. Then the direct infringement of video website infringement is described. And emphatically the reasons of indirect infringement is analyzed and introduced. The video website made great efforts, but there are still a lot of infringement problems. Finally, some suggestions are given to the dilemma of video websites, hoping to provide some help to change video website copyright infringement.

摘要： 目前影音网站的著作权纠纷不断。简要分析影音网站侵权的主要方式，即直接侵权和间接侵权；简述影音网站直接侵权的情况，着重分析和介绍间接侵权的原因，尽管影音网站做出了巨大努力，但是仍然存在着侵权纠纷问题；针对影音网站的困境提出改善建议，以期能对改变影音网站著作权侵权提供一些帮助。
