独立学院国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式思考 ——基于福建农林大学金山学院的调研分析

Abstract: Based on the exploration of the personnel of international trade professional training and the investigation and interview data from the 2014 session of international trade from Jinshan College and employers, it holds that independentrun branchuniversities should establish the talent cultivation model integrating general education with specific one, put forward talent training requirements, creating professional knowledge competency structures of these specialties, constructing the professional characteristics, the international trade practice teaching platform, and then effectively bringing about the four mixture during the practice.

摘要: 分析国际经济与贸易专业人才培养现状,对福建农林大学金山学院2014届国际经济与贸易毕业生以及相关用人单位进行调研分析。根据调研结果,提出独立学院国际经济与贸易专业应用型人才培养模式新思路,即实现“通识教育”,准确定位人才培养规格,打造专业核心课程群和特色专业发展方向,建设专业综合性教学实践平台以及有效实现人才培养“四融合”。
