Abstract: Financial consortium of LIU Hangchen refers to the consortium led by LIU Hangchen and was based on capital Chuankang Development Bank and Chuankang Civilian Commercial Bank and Chuan Salt Bank between 1930 and 1949. This consortium invested in all kinds of industry. It was established in 1937 when LIU Hangchen took up Chuankang Civilian Commercial Bank and Chuan Salt Bank, and it got its best in 1946. The feathers of this consortium were the mutual help between banks and investment enterprises, the mutual reliability of political status and economic power and the region limit .

摘要： 刘航琛金融财团是指1930—1949年间由刘航琛所主导的，以川康殖业银行及后来的川康平民商业银行、川盐银行资本为依托，广泛投资于各行业的金融财团。财团形成于1937年刘航琛接管川盐银行及川康平民商业银行之时，至1946年发展臻于鼎盛。该财团的特点主要表现在银行与投资企业间的互助与共生、个人政治地位与经济实力的依存与互动，以及地域局限。
