Abstract

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is not only conducive to broaden students employment, create more jobs for the society, but also conducive to the realization of the individual value of College students. Through questionnaire, interview, investigation, of way, induction, summary, presents the success factors of college students: the success of university students entrepreneurial desire is the inner motivation, selfconfidence is the cornerstone of the success of university students, grasp the best opportunity is a premise, vigor and courage power business is the individual soul, the success of university students is the core of the struggle for successful business college.

摘要： 创业不仅有利于拓宽大学生的就业门路，为社会创造更多的就业岗位，而且有利于实现大学生的个人价值。通过问卷调查、座谈访谈、稿约等方式，调研、归纳、总结大学生创业成功的影响因子。结果表明：创业欲望是大学生成功创业的内驱动力，自信是大学生成功创业的基石，把握最佳创业时机是迈向成功创业之路的前提，勇气与魄力是大学生成功创业的灵魂，个人奋斗是大学生成功创业的核心。
