Abstract: The training of outstanding engineers of vehicle specialty between the school of automobile of Changan Univeristy and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and Higer Bus Company Limited is introduced. And according to the exploration and practice， some suggestions about the school-company cooperation to train outstanding engineers are given.

摘要： 以长安大学汽车学院和吉利汽车研究院以及苏州金龙联合汽车工业有限公司合作开展的校企协同卓越工程师人才培养为例，介绍长安大学汽车学院在校企协同卓越工程师人才培养方面所做的一些探索。
