    Ecological thoughts appeared in 1844 Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts. Marx believed that the real cause of the alienation of the relationship between human beings and nature is the alienation of human beings, but the alienation of labor which is a connection between people, exacerbated antagonism between man and nature. Alienated Labor Theory analyzes the relationship between man and nature on the perspective of labor, showing Marxs double ecological concerns. The Marxs Alienated Labor Theory was combed. The alienated labors looming ecological implication was analyzed. Modern revelations of Marxs alienated labor were explored to promote ecological civilization and construction of beautiful China.

    Through the analysis of factors which have a significant effect on vessels economic viability, RFR (Required Freight Rate) was selected as the evaluation indicator. Because RFR has the least error compared with other economic viability indicators. Furthermore, the verification oil prices ARCH effect was conducted. Then a method to verify vessels economic viability during drastic oil price fluctuation was proposed. The feasibility of applying vessels economic viability method was then validated against the case of the Vessel Ocean Universe, indicating that the proposed method can better fulfill the requirements of vessels economic viability under drastic oil price fluctuation.

    In Song Dynasty, the phenomenon of assembling a crowd robbery and theft occurred frequently, which not only destroyed the dynasty ruling order, but also seriously affected the development of the economy and society, thus becoming one of the serious social problems. The problems of assembling a crowd robbery and theft are mainly due to the rulers of the oppression and enslavement of people, and the direct performance of the main reasons on inappropriate national policies, social unrest, and so on. The face of large-scale assembling a crowd robbery and theft cases, rulers in the governance process were not consistently suppressed but with the use of combat and to appease. They had adjusted the inappropriate policy to avoid the more large-scale outbreak of the uprising at the same time, and got the continuation of the dynastys rule.

    Multidivisional structure improves the performance of diversified enterprise in the theoretical literature. The relationship between organization structure and performance of diversified enterprise was studied based on the 81 samples from Sichuan and Chongqing enterprises in 2012.With the methods of singlefactor analysis of variance and multiple regression models, it is found that multidivisional structure improves the performance of diversified enterprise better than Uform and Hform. At the same time, it is also found that the higher degree of diversification, the lower performance of diversified enterprise.

    The empirical study on the hot spring tourists in Hainan International Tourism Island has showed that tourists possess distinctive psychological wellbeing including six dimensions labeled with selfpleasure, relax, lifevalued, life satisfaction, enjoyment and selfcontrol. The tourists healthy lifestyles consist of three aspects, i.e. eating habits, medical care and stresscoping, which reasonably divided the tourists into two types-healthenthusiastic type and healthoptimistic type. The findings above indicate that healthy lifestyles can be used to be an efficient market segmentation tool and effective marketing strategies aimed at attracting tourists with different healthy lifestyles to experience psychological wellbeing.

    Mentoring model is an effective approach for transferring tacit knowledge in universities. Generic factors that influence knowledge transfer are discussed. Then Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method are used to construct a hierarchical structure model to abstract the factors that influence knowledge transfer within a university in Jiangsu Province and Weighted Ranking Method is used to analyze these factors. The results shed light on how to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer between mentors and students in universities.

    Horace, a prominent translator, poet and critic in ancient Rome, in his “Ars Poetica” made a comment about fidus interpres, which is so famous that it has been widely quoted by later translation researchers, but has had different, sometimes contradictory versions.     Peerviewed periodicals in China encountered the situation of mass produced but low quantity and lack of influence. In order to establish the journals with international influence, and meets the needs of national R&D purpose, which needs the collaboration between scientists, editors, and information service providers. Enhancement of the efficiency of knowledge spreading is the key point of the cooperation. From the perspective of value chain analysis of the existing knowledge dissemination process, that the existence of long cycle and high cost is found, this restricts the knowledge share efficiency. The following strategies, increasing the development of internet prepublish platform, establishing virtual journals, optimizing the knowledge dissemination process, and reducing the costs are discussed. At the same time, strengthening the strategic cooperation between the information service providers creates a fast and high efficiency platform for knowledge share, which could provide intellectual support for the strategy of national R&D innovation.
