Abstract: Professional ethics is important to good ethics order formation in specialized practice of college instructors. it is difficult to form for consensus of professional formation and professional community, for which it will be a choice to create counselor professional ethics. Instructor specialized ethics is formulated which should revolve “to cultivate moral talent” the basic task, guiding and promoting counselors to train their professionalism in specialization, fostering professional consciousness, enhancing their consciousness of compliance with professional codes of conduct and improving their service and education level.

摘要： 专业伦理对高校辅导员专业实践良好伦理秩序的形成至关重要，而专业社群与专业共识尚未形成，创制成为专业伦理生成的艰难选择。辅导员专业伦理的创制应围绕“立德树人”这一根本任务，引导和促进辅导员在专业化发展中培养专业精神、培育专业意识、提升遵守专业行为规范的自觉性，全面提升辅导员的服务育人水平。
