Abstract: Under new normal state, to driven economic growth will mainly depend on the improvement of total factor productivity and the improvement of human resources quality. On the basis of the Solow residual method and Cobb Douglas production function theory, empirical analysis of the contribution of technical factors in the Three Gorges reservoir area of economic growth, in clear reservoir technology development status, how to provide the necessary technical support for the sustainable development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area was discussed, around the Three Gorges reservoir areas environmental protection and ecological construction, promotion of the coordination of new industries, high efficient ecological agriculture, modern service industry etc are discussed. Specific technical support measures to promote the Three Gorges reservoir area innovation, coordination, green and sustainable development are proposed.

摘要: 新常态下,驱动经济增长将主要依赖于全要素生产率的提高和人力资源素质的提升。本文借鉴索洛的“余值法”和柯布—道格拉斯生产函数理论,实证分析了三峡库区技术要素对经济增长的贡献;在理清库区技术发展现状的基础上,探讨如何为三峡库区可持续发展提供必需的技术支撑;围绕三峡库区环境保护与生态建设、协调推动新型工业、高效生态农业、现代服务业等产业转型发展和促进新型城镇化建设等方面,有针对性地提出具体的技术支撑措施,促进三峡库区创新、协调、绿色和持续发展。
