Abstract: Scholarship of teaching is an important part of faculty professional development, and its generation was linked closely with the expanding of universities functions. After the enrollment had a large-scale expansion, Chinese higher education now facing the society doubt about personnel training and the criticism that value research and despise teaching. Local universities bear the responsibility of personnel training, in order to enhance the quality of talent training, the universities must attach importance to teaching, establish a comprehensive academic ideology, build a scientific academic evaluation system, adjust the centralized resource allocation, and create the institutional environment of scholarship of teaching, accordingly promoting faculty professional development.

摘要: 教学学术是教师专业化的重要内容,其产生与高校职能的拓展紧密相连。我国高等教育经过大规模的扩招后,面临着社会对高校人才培养质量的质疑以及重科研轻教学的批评。地方高校承担着人才培养的重任,要提升人才培养质量,必须把教学作为学术的重要内容,建立科学的学术评价制度,调整集中型的高等教育资源配置方式,创设教学学术的制度环境,促进教师的专业发展。
