Abstract

Abstract: The “Belt and Road” , which has become an important strategy of national development, is coming to the substantive stage of implementation. It has important practical and theoretical significance to discuss the problems and the ways of implementation in this stage. Based on the material flow theory to analyze the “Belt and Road” logistics space structure, the basic conditions are given to the “Belt and Road” implementation of the strategy to meet with. Finally the “Belt and Road” strategy implementation path is put forward from the perspective of great material flow.

摘要： “一带一路”已成为国家发展的重要战略，即将进入实质性系统实施阶段。对于该阶段应关注问题及实施路径的探讨具有重要现实和理论意义。本文依据大物流论分析了“一带一路”大物流时空结构关系，给出了“一带一路”战略实施满足的基本条件，最后提出大物流视角下“一带一路”战略实施路径。
