Abstract: Large demand for engineers for international engineering management (IEM) is resulted from forwarding the strategy of “one belt one road”. However, firms are not able to meet this by inner firm training and job practice. Schoolfirm cooperation is one of the most important ways to solve the conflict. Comb the background of “one belt one road” and existing experience of schoolfirm cooperation, how to connect them, how to organize, plan, act and communicate as well as develop the cooperation are discussed to show the frame for cooperation that can be used for developing those engineers.

摘要: 随着国家“一带一路”战略的实施,以高铁为代表的基础设施建设将产生巨大的国际工程管理类专业人才需求,企业通过内部培训和岗位锻炼提供人才的方式已无法满足这种急剧扩大的需求。校企合作共同培养人才是解决高校人才输出与企业人才需求之间矛盾的必由之路。本文在“一带一路”全新的背景下,结合企业和学校的实践,从校企合作的形式、组织、规划、实施、交流与发展等方面构建合作模式,以勾勒清晰的合作框架,为国际化后备工程管理人才的培养提供参考。
