Abstract: Since the outbreak of the fullscale AntiJapanese War, overseas Chinese enthusiastically donated funds to support the great cause of the AntiJapanese War. Especially after the Pacific War, overseas Chinese returned home to develop the southwest rear area that had rich resources for China. Because of the importance of the construction of production enterprise, part of the overseas Chinese capital flows into the financial industry to set up a number of overseas Chinese banks, which were designed to play the mission of bank financing and promote the cooperation between capital and technology, finance and business, and achieve patriotism of the motherland.

摘要： 全面抗战爆发以来，海外华侨踊跃捐款，资助祖国抗战大业。尤其是太平洋战争后，侨胞纷纷携资回国，开发西南后方富源，以利抗战建国。鉴于生产事业建设的重要性，部分华侨资本流向金融业，在大后方兴起了一批侨资银行，旨在发挥银行融通资金的使命，促成资本与技术的合作、金融与企业的联系，以实现华侨对祖国的拳拳之心。
