Abstract: The food problem has been the focus of various countries in the world. The food industry is dependent on food subsidy policy. It is worth investigating how to learn from the experience of the development of food subsidies in the United States, based on the development of the existing food subsidy policy in China. Based on the grain subsidies policies between China and the United States, from the endowment of resources, the level of support and the extent of subsidies, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.

摘要: 粮食问题一直备受世界的关注,粮食产业的发展离不开粮食补贴政策的支持。在对中美两国粮食补贴政策发展的三个阶段比较分析的基础上,利用定性与定量相结合的方法,从资源禀赋、支持水平和补贴力度三个方面比较中美两国粮食补贴政策差异。提出政策建议,即:完善粮食补贴政策体系,创造宽松的政策环境;优化农业生产者支持结构,提高支持水平;增加资金投入,加大补贴力度。
