Abstract: At the beginning of the founding of new China, Chongqing was the southwest regional capital and municipality directly under the central government. In order to promote the Partys policy, implement the Partys guidelines and reflect the masss life, the government must build its own newspapers, thus the publication of a number of public or internal newspapers which presented the salient feature of the new society, and left many valuable experiences for the later development of journalism.

摘要： 新中国成立初，重庆作为西南大区首府所在地和直辖市，为宣传党的政策，贯彻党的方针，反映人民群众生活，需要建立自己的新闻阵地，于是一批公开或者内部发行的报刊相继创办。这些报刊呈现出新社会鲜明的特点，为之后新闻事业的发展留下许多宝贵的经验教训。
