Abstract: Corruption is generally defined as behaviors of government officials abusing public power to seek private interests in economics. Along with the rapid development of foreign direct investment(FDI), the problems related to corruption and FDI have attracted wide attention from many scholars. This paper summarized and reviewed the main measures of corruption, systematically sorted out the related studies about the impact of corruption on the scale of FDI, the reverse impact of FDI on corruption, the impact of corruption distance on FDI, and the impact of corruption on FDI technology spillovers. The shortcomings of existing research provide direction for future research.

摘要: 腐败在经济学中一般被界定为政府官员滥用公共权力以谋求私人利益的行为。伴随着外商直接投资的快速发展,腐败与外商直接投资的相关问题引起众多学者的广泛关注。总结并评述关于腐败的主要测度方法,系统梳理腐败对FDI规模的影响、FDI对腐败的逆向影响、腐败距离对FDI的影响、腐败对FDI技术溢出的影响等相关研究,发现现有研究的不足,为今后研究提供方向。
