The scientifictechnological development awareness and ecological consciousness had signification predictability on ecological attention degree; the ecological attention degree had a significant negative predictability on the satisfaction of environmental protection policy. The positive awareness on scientifictechnological development can positively predict the satisfaction of environmental protection policy significantly, however, negative awareness on scientifictechnological development is the opposite with no significance. It was also found that the characteristics of different groups were related to their ecological consciousness and ecological attention degree. Overall, based on the economic and social transformation and development, the national state gradually attaches importance of green economic development model, which promoted citizens ecological consciousness and ecological attention degree. The innovative service mode of ridehailing has not only benefited a large number of passengers with higher quality travel demand, but also brought new challenges to government regulation. Based on the dispute over the disruptive innovation attributes of ridehailing, the disruptive innovation was judged from the economic attributes, market characteristics and financial strategy of ridehailing combined with the theory of disruptive innovation, and the conclusion was drawn that ridehailing does not belong to the category of disruptive innovation, but its luxury car conforms to the characteristics of disruptive innovation. Based on this proposal, the government should implement classified control in the supervision process, strictly control quality, and properly handle the relationship between innovation and regulation based on the macro layout, so as to maximize the public interest.

By using four comparative advantage indices to analyze the changes of comparative advantage of 21 types of agricultural products, it is concluded that Anhui is still the export structure dominated by the main agricultural products in the past 20 years. Major agricultural products have stable comparative advantages, while nonmajor agricultural products have stable comparative disadvantages. From the perspective of trade supply, the change of Anhuis agricultural exports has not changed the fact that most agricultural products do not have comparative advantages, only some of them become less disadvantaged; from the perspective of supply and demand, the comparative advantages of agricultural products are still concentrated near the median point, and the positive changes are only part of the categories from the inferior to the lighter. It is necessary to construct the development strategy of classified trade of agricultural products based on comparative advantage.

“Fidelity” is a oneway approach to the source text and its meaning. It shows much more respect for translation in its static way but ignores translation as a social activity and its appeal. The tradition demanding for “fidelity”, there are still lots of translations off the source text to meet the needs of the society. This is the reality and is beyond the cover of “fidelity”. The law of translating is to keep balance between “truthseeking” and “utilityattaining” according to the Translator Behavior Criticism. The theory is not only able to offer a relatively concrete description for the translation practices in history, but also a reasonable prescription for the present and future translating.

By epigrams, we mean some witty, terse and ingenious remarks or expressions. An epigram might be a phrase, a sentence, a stanza, or a passage of a composition. Translation of epigrams into other languages is no easy job, which may require “the adventures of the soul” of the translator. This paper holds that the following principles should be taken into consideration in the process of translation: getting the merits or genius of the original (mainly spirit, style, force and rhetoric) conveyed as much as possible; making a translated maxim or proverb read like a maxim or proverb; and changing the form of the original when really necessary.

China at War is an important book authored by British journalist Freda Utley, reporting Chinas efforts in fighting against Japanese invasion in World War Two. Although the book is a journalistic report in nature, it is rich in affections of various kinds. The paper tries to identify the changes or differences in explicit affect between China at War and its Chinese translation by Shi Meilin published in 1940. On the basis of statistics drawn from the selfbuilt comparative corpus of the source text and target text, it is found that there is a lower density of affection, and a reduced percentage of negative affection in the target text. On the whole, emotion in the target text is suppressed to a large extent. Further analysis identifies that censorship by the publishing supervision organs and ideological disparity between the source text author and the ruling party are the main cause of such changes in affect. This study will hopefully shed some light on the study of affect changes in translation.

Different translators of the same work often produce variations which, unless there appear linguistic or logical errors, can be quite readable. Should the source and target texts be put in parallel, the reliability(and referentiality for further research included) of the latter could be a greater challenge for its translator in both understanding and expression. Two versions from Dale Carnegies Lincoln the Unknown are selected for discussion in hopes of drawing closer attention from those concerned.

Taking the successful translation and communication of Chinese Internet novels at Wuxiaworld.com, a “shared translation and communication model” of Chinese Internet novels is built from the perspective of Lasswells communication model theory. Taking the network platform as the core, Chinas Internet novel translation and communication model gives a full emancipation of enthusiasm of translation subjects and audiences by the Internetspecific shareable attribute, turning its subjects from the elites to the pulic; while the right to select translation contents is being transferred from the translator center to the audience center; the translation communication process flows in a bilateral and nonlinear way, and the direct dialogue between source language and translation text has made a transformation of translation paths from traditional “fulllength text & publishing” to Internettime serials & crowd funding.

The slavery history has distorted the normal ethical relationship between the African Americans and the white. The imbalance of social evaluation system and ethics has made them fall into the confusion of identity and dereliction of male family responsibilities. The ethical dilemmas confronted in their real life seriously disturb the life of African Americans living in the south, which deprive them of enjoying equal rights and status with the white. In order to survive in such a society, the African Americans must face up to reality, recognize themselves and with consistent efforts complete their selfrealization. Meanwhile, the black males have to actively participate in identity construction to regain dignity of men and to remodel masculinity.
