Abstract: QinghaiTibet highway and QinghaiTibet railway are monuments in the history of transportation in China. In the course of construction，maintenance and transportation，the “QinghaiTibet line” produced a very rich red spirit，the representative which include the spirit of “three specials”，the spirit of QinghaiTibet railway and the spirit of “two roads”. These three are in a continuous line. The research and interpretation of the red spirit of “QinghaiTibet line” is of great significance to the construction of the Qinghai spiritual highland，the development of transportation in the new era，the cultivation of socialist core values in QinghaiTibet region，the building of a welloff society in an allround way and the realization of Chinese dream.

摘要： 青藏公路和青藏铁路是我国交通史上的丰碑。在修筑、养护和运输过程中，“青藏线”产生了十分丰富的红色精神，具有代表性的包括“三个特别”精神、青藏铁路精神和“两路”精神，三者一脉相承。研究阐释“青藏线”红色精神，对建设青海精神高地、推动新时代交通事业的发展、在青藏地区培育社会主义核心价值观以及全面建成小康社会和实现中国梦有十分积极的意义。
