Abstract: This paper analyzes the main existing problems of “two passengers and one danger” road transportation safety reflected by the data of intelligent monitoring platform， combined with the dynamic monitoring data of “two passengers and one danger” vehicles in Shaanxi province from January 2018 to January 2019. The results show that： the intelligent monitoring platform can effectively reduce the nonstandard operation behavior of “two passengers and one danger” road transportation to a certain extent， but it cannot completely eradicate the nonstandard operation behavior. Therefore， the corresponding measures are proposed to strengthen the supervision and ensure the transportation safety.

摘要： 结合陕西省2018年1月至2019年1月“两客一危”车辆的动态监控数据，分析在智慧监控平台数据反映下的“两客一危”道路运输安全主要存在的问题，结果表明：智慧监控平台在一定程度上有效减少了“两客一危”道路运输的不规范操作行为，但是并不能彻底根除不规范操作行为。基于此，提出相应的措施，以加强监管，保障运输安全。
