Abstract: This paper describes the translation of six English versions of Shiji，taking the qualitative and quantitative methods to measure their reception effects by making a chart to list out. With different reception needs and effects，the six versions reception influence can be roughly ranked as follows： Watsons，Nienhausers，Dawsons，Yang Xianyis，Boddes，Dolby ＆ Scotts. The translations of Shiji with different readers and reception levels jointly promote the spreading of Shiji and Chinese history and culture in the West.

摘要： 描述《史记》六个英译本的翻译情况，以定性与定量方法相结合，考量其接受与影响。六个译本有不同的接受需求与接受效果，接受影响力按由大到小的顺序可排序为：华兹生、倪豪士、道森、杨宪益夫妇、卜德、杜为廉与司考特。拥有不同受众与接受幅度的《史记》译本共同促进了《史记》和中国历史文化在西方的传播。
