Abstract: The proposition of correct historical view of the party is a historical proposition， realistic proposition and worldwide proposition.The essence of setting up a correct view of the party history is to take a clear stand on politics，know history， love the party， know the history and love the country， take history as a mirror， and create a brighter future in the new era.We should regard the study of party history as a major event in the political life of the party and the state， grasp the main theme and mainstream nature of the development of party history， and correctly understand and scientifically evaluate the major events， important meetings and important figures in the party history. To establish a correct view of the party history， we must master scientific methodology， take historical materialism as the fundamental method， the grand historical view as the basic vision， the peoples position as the value origin， and focus on development as the key perspective.

摘要： 正确党史观是历史性命题、现实性命题和世界性命题。树立正确党史观的本质是旗帜鲜明讲政治，要义在于知史爱党、知史爱国，鉴史开创未来。要深刻认识常态化抓好党史学习教育的重要性，把握党史发展的主题主线、主流本质，正确认识和科学评价党史上的重大事件、重要会议、重要人物。树立正确党史观必须掌握科学的方法论，以唯物史观为根本方法，以大历史观为基本视野，以人民立场为价值原点，以聚焦发展为关键视角。
