Western Marxism attaches great importance to the reflection and discussion on the practical problems of capitalist society， and has formed a distinctive theoretical style and academic characteristics. Although to a certain extent， it is rational and positive， we have to realize that western Marxism has strong western centralism and it is also deeply influenced by idealism and presents the characteristics of fantastism. Moreover， their interpretation of Marxism has the tendency of diversification. Based on that， we should pay attention to the following three principles：a.dont indulge in textual “text interpretation”；b.resolutely avoid the tendency of “westernization”；c.stand on the Chinese position firmly. Based on the methods of GIS spatial analysis and network analysis， this paper makes a quantitative study on the accessibility of highway， railway and comprehensive transportation network in ChengduChongqing economic circle， and uses the gravity model and potential model to measure and compare the spatial function intensity and potential value of cities in the region. The results show that it has formed a spatial distribution pattern of average shortest travel time with Chengdu and Chongqing as the core advantage area and the main axis of Chengdu and Chongqing gradually rising to the north and south poles， with obvious gradient characteristics. The calculation results of gravity model show that the region as a whole forms a radiation driving center centered on Chengdu and Chongqing， and the radiation driving effect on other cities in the region is greatly different due to the influence of regional location， traffic distance and road accessibility. The distribution trend of potential value is roughly centered on the core cities， and gradually decreases around.

The realization of transportation connectivity between the Yangtze River economic belt and “belt and road” is not only the driving force inherent in the development of the Yangtze River economic belt， but also the requirement for the simultaneous and coordinated promotion of the two toplevel strategies. The paper expounds the strategic value of interconnection between the Yangtze River economic belt and “belt and road”， sorts out the current status and obstacles of transportation interconnection between the Yangtze River economic belt and “belt and road”， and proposes a strategy to promote the interconnection between them. By strengthening the foundation， making up for shortcomings， and developing new channels， the Yangtze River economy and “belt and road” are expected to achieve allround highquality interconnection.

Promoting the new energy revolution is of great significance for adhering to green development and promoting energy transformation. However， in terms of actual results， the new energy industry is faced with the embarrassing situation of “promoting but not spreading”.Taking new energy automobile application policy in Nanjing city， with the aid of Smith policy implementation process model， the analysis found that the lack of endogenous motivation， the low degree of intergovernmental cooperation， the dependence of enterprises and consumers on subsidies and the external unfavorable conditions lead to the deviation of policy implementation. In the followup， the government needs to improve supporting facilities， the enterprises need to strengthen the development of scientific and technological research， and the consumers need to implement environmental protection behavior. Only by relying on the cooperation of multiple subjects to form a policy force， can the sustainable development of new energy industry be promoted.

This paper develops a mathematical model in approach of game theory to attain the economic， environmental and social sustainability of agricultural supply chain respectively. It further analyzes how the corporate social responsibility affects the sustainability of agricultural supply chain. The findings are as follows: First， the corporate social responsibility enhances the economic， environmental and social sustainability of agricultural supply chain simultaneously without any conflicts. Secondly， both the corporate social responsibility of the agricultural manufacturer and that of the agricultural retailer increases the ternary sustainability of agricultural supply chain without any contradictions. Thirdly， the corporate social responsibility of the agricultural retailer promotes the economic， environmental and social sustainability of agricultural supply chain more than that of the agricultural manufacturer.

Chinas development model presents unique urban entrepreneurialism. By combing the connotation of western urban entrepreneurialism， the paper analyzes the Chinese paradigm of urban entrepreneurialism from the rising soil， institutional guarantee and motivation mechanism. It is believed that its manifestations are efficient operation， politicalcommunity cooperation， and entrepreneurial spirit. While urban entrepreneurialism promotes economic development and publicprivate cooperation and reconstructs urban space， it may bring about problems such as weakening of peoples livelihood responsibility and waste of public resources. In the future， we should use a broader theoretical perspective to clarify the scope of application of urban entrepreneurialism. Comparing Milan Kunderas novels created in the “Czech period” and “French period”， we can find that the narrative art is in the process of changing. In terms of narrative themes， politics and music are two important themes in the “Czech period”. When it turns to the “French period”， the political and musical themes in the novels faded gradually. At the same time， the proportion of exile themes continued to increase. In terms of narrative structure， the novels of the “Czech period” are well-conceived and complex. While in the “French period”， narrative structure of the works has become more casual and simpler. In addition， compared with the “Czech period”， Kundera has paid less attention to creative techniques in the “French period”. Combing and analyzing the evolution of Kunderas narrative art can provide important enlightenment for the study of his works.
