The spiritual spectrum of the Chinese Communists is a summary and elevation of the Party’s century-long struggle practice. It has a grand framework and broad connotations, carrying the great journey and valuable experience of the Party’s century-long struggle, and is an important part of collective memory. The construction of collective memory in this spiritual spectrum has multiple values such as inheriting the red gene, consolidating cultural confidence, and promoting social recognition. The effective construction of collective memory can be achieved by means of historical facts, common beliefs, digital technology and communication matrices. Starting from the practical dimensions of symbols, media and culture, promoting the rooting of collective memory construction, the spiritual spectrum of the Chinese Communists can better integrate into social life and inspire the people to strive unremittingly for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Collective memory is the linker of the past and the future, the adhesive of collective emotions and the carrier of core values, thus becoming an important force for the cohesion of value consensus. Collective memory has its own unique internal logic: the value issue is the logical starting point of collective memory, core values are the value orientation of collective memory, and value consensus is the value of collective memory. However, in the process of cohesion of value consensus in collective memory, collective memory presents the value tension between individual value orientation and collective value orientation, traditional values and modern values, and dominant values and multiple values. In order to better play the role of collective memory in cohesion of value consensus, it is necessary to strengthen the core value leadership with scientific leadership paradigm, promote the core value identity with a high degree of value recognition, inspire the core value practice with sincere ritual practice, and realize the core value symbiosis with “rational” artificial intelligence, so as to promote the modernization process of Chinese style and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Under the wave of intelligence, intelligent manufacturing is the core driving force to promote the deep reform and high-quality growth of China’s manufacturing industry. This paper regards the intelligent manufacturing policy as a quasi natural experiment, and constructs the traditional double difference model. It is found that the implementation of the intelligent manufacturing policy helps promote the development of new quality productivity of enterprises, which has a significant positive impact on the substantive and permeable elements of the new quality productivity. The mechanism analysis shows that the intelligent manufacturing policy can reduce the pressure of enterprise capital constraints, improve the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation and the level of digital innovation, and help the development of new quality productivity of enterprises. Heterogeneity analysis shows that for enterprises in areas with better digital infrastructure, enterprises with higher management shareholding ratio, enterprises in areas with higher degree of intellectual property protection and labor-intensive enterprises, the role of intelligent manufacturing policy in promoting the development of new quality productivity of enterprises is stronger. In addition, the easing of enterprise capital constraints, the efficiency of resource allocation and the improvement of digital innovation ability all play a greater role in promoting the productivity permeability factors. The research conclusion has certain enlightenment for enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing and develop new quality productivity.

The paper takes the data of China’s OFDI in 60 countries along the “Belt and Road” from 2003 to 2021 as samples to analyze the impact of bilateral quality infrastructure on China’s OFDI, and uses the voting behavior of China and countries along the “Belt and Road” in UN General Assembly resolutions as a surrogate variable for bilateral political relations to evaluate the moderating effect of bilateral political relations. The research shows that China’s OFDI is affected by bilateral quality infrastructure, and the quality infrastructure gap between the two countries is inversely proportional to China’s OFDI. Furthermore, it is found that bilateral political relations have an inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between quality infrastructure and China’s OFDI. Moreover, under the adjustment of bilateral political relations, the promoting effect of quality infrastructure’s OFDI has industry heterogeneity. The energy and metals sectors had a more significant boost than real estate, transportation and other sectors.

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee put forward that “the integrated development of urban and rural areas is an inevitable requirement for Chinese modernization”. As a typical representative of a large city with vast rural areas, large mountainous regions and extensive reservoir areas, Chongqing has great strategic significance in exploring a new path of urban-rural integrated development with its own characteristics. Chongqing has achieved remarkable results in the integrated development of urban and rural areas by issuing institutional policies, formulating development strategies, promoting the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, strengthening the leisure tourism industry and optimizing the ecological characteristic industries. In view of the development difficulties such as the poor circulation of rural land, the great difficulty in integrating the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, the single industrial structure, the inferiority of industrial characteristic brands, the loss of rural labor force, the insufficient supply of rural financial services and the limited empowerment of local administrative powers, the breakthrough paths of the urban-rural integrated development in Chongqing are proposed from aspects such as improving the policy system, optimizing the urban-rural space, optimizing the mode of rural land transfer and entering the market, attracting talents, broadening the channels for capital investment, promoting the in-depth integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, implementing the project of “revitalizing agriculture by commerce” and broadening the channels for increasing income.

With the rapid development of global industrial revolution and technological change, the aerospace industry, as a national strategic emerging industry, is experiencing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges. Financial technology is of great significance in stimulating innovation vitality in the aerospace industry and accelerating the formation of new quality productivity. This article selects A-share aerospace industry listed companies from 2016 to 2023 as the research object, and empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of financial technology on the new quality productivity of aerospace enterprises. Research has shown that financial technology can significantly promote the improvement of the new quality productivity level of listed companies in the aerospace industry, and the conclusion remains robust after endogeneity and robustness tests. The results of mechanism analysis show that financial technology can promote the improvement of new quality productivity in the aerospace industry through two ways: alleviating financing constraints and promoting technological innovation. Heterogeneity analysis found that financial technology has a more significant promoting effect on private aerospace enterprises, high-tech intensive, high-quality talent, and financially sound aerospace enterprises.

The construction of unified market of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle will provide strong support for promoting the coordinated economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and narrowing the regional development gap in China. The paper analyzes Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle market integration construction of space and time evolution, finds the fact that if the current Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle commodity market integration process is faster, then the factor market integration process is relatively slow, but the cities between goods and elements market integration level gap are widened, commodity and labor market presents obvious space agglomeration situation. On this basis, the influence factors of the market integration in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle are empirically tested through the spatial measurement model. The results show that the market size increases by strengthening the economic ties between other cities to promote other city market integration, human capital accumulation to promote the city market integration and has a significant positive space spillover effect, the expansion of the city market integration has promoting effect, and through siphon effect, strengthens the other cities’ market segmentation. The paper may help provide relevant policy reference for promoting unified market in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

Aiming at manufacturing companies listed in Chinese A-share market, this paper investigated the impacts of cash dividend, stock dividend, and mixed dividend on enterprise values. First, three various dividends all enhance the values of manufacturing listed companies. The effect of cash dividend is the strongest, and the effect of stock dividend is the weakest. Secondly, only the mediating effect of cash dividends on corporate value through agency costs is significant, which accounts for 3.71% of the total effect. Thirdly, all the impacts of three various dividends on corporate value change with regions, scales, and life cycles. The power of the cash dividend is the biggest for manufacturing listed companies with larger scale or at the recession phase or in the east region. Neither the stock dividend nor mixed dividend significantly enhance the values of manufacturing listed companies in mid-western region or at maturity stage.

This paper empirically examines how market integration affects the outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) of Chinese enterprises using the data of A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2019, with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings of enterprises as the mediating variables. The degree of market integration is evaluated using the price index method. The study found that during the observation period, market integration can significantly promote the development of OFDI through the ESG channel. To accurately measure the scale of OFDI, the Tobit model was used for analysis. The research findings can provide certain help for understanding the relationship between market integration and OFDI, and have reference value for China to overcome international trade barriers and economic growth bottle necks in the new norm, and to develop higher quality OFDI. This paper not only provides a new perspective for understanding the relationship between market integration, ESG ratings, and OFDI, but also provides valuable insights for realizing the “dual circulation” in China’s new development pattern, that is, promoting market integration and improving ESG ratings can effectively promote the outward investments of Chinese enterprises.

Based on the 2013-2022 data of the cities in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city economic circle, the entropy weight TOPSIS method, Dagum’s Gini coefficient, Kernal kernel density estimation, and dynamic QCA and NCA are applied to explore the dynamic evolution of the high-quality development level in the region and the factors affecting it. The study shows that: from 2013 to 2022, the level of high-quality development in the region as a whole shows an upward trend, but the development is slow and is still at a relatively low stage of development; the level of high-quality development in the region shows a significant dynamic trend of change, and the cities with a higher level of development are mainly concentrated in the “double cores” surroundings. Around the neighborhood, the neighborhood background of the cities of the spatial spillover effect is obvious, part of the high level of the city there is a siphon effect; the region’s high-quality development can be divided into five types of grouping paths, can be refined into economic innovation and coordination of efficiency, economic coordination of green and open drive type and the new development concept of upgrading type, Chengdu-Chongqing “double cores” of the periphery of the city by the economic innovation coordination. The neighboring cities of Chengdu-Chongqing “double cores” are affected by the economic innovation and coordination efficiency type, and the other cities are mostly affected by the new development concept upgrading type.
